The Cibolo Enrichment Foundation (CEF) will create a center that will provide enrichment opportunities and programs to multi-generational citizens of Cibolo. The CEF will provide small and new business in Cibolo a myriad of incubator programs that will help them grow.

The Cibolo Enrichment Foundation’s goal is to provide multi-generational programs and activities that will enrich the citizens, civic groups, and local businesses of Cibolo.
